How do we collect your data?

On the one hand, we collect your data when you provide it to us. This is done, for example, when you use our contact form. Other data is automatically collected by our IT systems when you visit our website. This is mainly technical data (e.g. Internet browser, operating system or time of page access). This data is collected automatically as soon as you use our website. We process your data only for as long as it is necessary for the respective processing purpose. You can find more details in the description of the individual processing purposes.

For how long will the data be stored?

Personal data will only be stored for as long as it is necessary for the fulfilment of the purpose, for as long as a legal regulation requires the storage or until consent is revoked.
The personal reference to data to ensure security will be deleted 7 days after collection by anonymization.
The storage period in cookies depends on the settings of your browser or after deletion by your activation.
The personal reference for Google-Analytics is no longer possible for us immediately after the transmission to Google.

Will the data be passed on or is it intended to process the personal data for other purposes than those mentioned here?

If necessary, the data will be passed on to our order processors, who are exclusively bound by contracts pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR and by the definition of corresponding security standards.
If contacting and the evaluation of the overall circumstances mentioned therein result in the need to transfer your data to other recipients, this will only be done with your consent.
We are authorised to transfer data which obviously indicate criminal offences or administrative offences to the investigating authorities.
Furthermore, there may be legal obligations to disclose data or process it for other purposes (e.g. Section 6 of the Brandenburg Data Protection Act).

What rights do data subjects have?

There is an individual right of access to the personal data pursuant to Art. 15 GDPR that is processed by the person responsible, in particular to its content and individual details.
Pursuant to Art. 16 GDPR, the right of rectification of incorrect personal data or the completion of incomplete personal data is granted.
The right to request the person responsible to erase the respective personal data exists pursuant to Art. 17 GDPR.
Under the provisions of Art. 18 GDPR, the right to demand the restriction of data processing is granted.
This may be objected to on the grounds of a special situation of processing for the performance of tasks pursuant to Art. 6 (1) letter e GDPR, unless the controller can prove that there are no grounds for further processing worthy of protection.
If processing is carried out by means of an automated procedure on the basis of the consent of the data subject, he or she may request that his or her data be made available in a structured, common and machine-readable format.

How can a consent be withdrawn?

Consent that has been granted can be withdrawn from the person responsible under the above-mentioned contact details, stating the time of the consent that was once granted and the full name or another identifying feature.
